Yes. Both are available as add-ons at a fixed price to our vacate clean service based on your property size. You can include them when requesting your quote, or add them later before the clean takes place.
Not always. In Victoria, carpet steam cleaning is only required if it’s needed to restore the carpet to its condition at the start of the tenancy, accounting for fair wear and tear. If you’re unsure, check your condition report or speak with your property manager. We offer it as an add-on to our end of lease cleaning service if you need it.
